If you look at a steak, it is the white stuff that surrounds and covers the steak. It surrounds literally every structure in the body.

The problem, is that fascia can become restricted due to various factors, such as posture, injuries, and everyday life.This can cause pain and limited movement.     Time varies depending on the you, your condition, and other  factors. However, on average it doesn’t take more than a few minutes!

    Is myofascial release therapy done by itself or with other therapies as well?

    It depends!

    It can be a solo therapy, however often times it is done in conjunction with other therapies as for best results.

    Are there any side effects?

    Like with any ‘hands on’ therapy, some people may experience temporary soreness, bruising, or mild discomfort following a session.

    These side effects are typically transient and resolve on their own.
